Compensation scale

Legal system for assessing personal injuries, mandatory in traffic accidents and used as a reference in the rest.

In practice

It sets the amount per sequela, per day of harm, and for loss of earnings. Knowing it allows anticipating the real cost of a civil liability claim before the demand arrives.
