Do you want to work with us?

To properly insure a company, you must first understand it. That's why this job ends up teaching you how a company is manufactured, transported, built, and stopped. It's a trade that is never fully learned, and here you have the place to do it well.

Why here

What this job has that others don't

01

You will learn from sectors that are not alike

In the same week, you can go from the traceability of a food batch to the ten-year guarantee of a construction or the indemnity period of a production line. It is a job for curious people, because the syllabus never ends.

02

Work with your own criteria, not a catalogue

We are independent: we do not belong to any insurer. That means the recommendation that comes out of here is the one the team has decided, and you must know how to defend it in front of the client and the market.

03

You will see the end of what you start

The person who designs a programme is usually the one who renews it years later. And when the claim arrives, the file is not outsourced: it is handled by our own department. You learn much more by seeing how a policy ends than by selling it.

04

Long term, also with people

A firm that has lasted six generations is not built by rotating teams. Here careers are measured in years, with continuous training and the guidance of those who have walked the same path.

Equality and equity

A predominantly female team, also where decisions are made

Seven out of ten people in the firm are women, and this majority is maintained when looking at who leads. It's not a goal for next year: it's today's workforce.

70 %Of the workforce are womenIn all offices and in all technical departments.
51 %Of the positions of responsibilityThe female majority is not just at the base: it also decides.
92 %Of the hires, permanent and full-timeThe stability of the contract is the first condition of a long career.
19 %Of the pay gapBelow the national average and that of the insurance sector. It remains the indicator we want to lower.

Staff data in 2026, published in the communication of 8 March. They are reviewed every year, even when the results are not favourable.

Commitment

What we uphold outside the office

We sponsor a child in Honduras through the Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos Foundation, collaborate every Christmas with UNICEF, and support Kelele Africa with school supplies and funding. These are commitments renewed year after year, not seasonal campaigns.

Internally, the quality management system is certified by SGS according to ISO 9001, and the work environment is certified by Great Place to Work.

Great Place to Work

Certified as a Great Place to Work in 2025

Great Place to Work is an international consultancy that certifies work environments with a unique method in all the countries where it operates: an anonymous survey of the workforce, the Trust Index, which measures five dimensions —credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie— and must exceed a minimum threshold of positive responses for the seal to be granted.

We obtained it in 2025. The certification is valid for one year, so it is re-evaluated each time it is due for renewal.

The process

How to enter, step by step

  1. 01
    Application

We receive your CV, through the talent mailbox or via LinkedIn. It is read by a person from the people team, not an automatic filter.

  2. 02
    First conversation

We talk about your career and what you are looking for, and we explain in detail what the position entails and which team you would work with.

  3. 03
    Interview with the team

You meet who would be your direct manager. The technical details of the branch and the real day-to-day of the department are discussed.

  4. 04
    Response

We tell you what we have decided and why, whether it is a yes or a no. No one is left without an answer.

Tell us what you can do

There doesn't need to be a published vacancy. If your profile fits one of the teams, we keep it and contact you when the position opens.

We also look for people who are starting out: those who enter without insurance experience learn the field from the inside, accompanied by the team already handling it.
