Damage caused to neighbouring buildings and land by construction work: subsidence, vibrations, or lowering of the water table.
In practice
It usually goes by sub-limit within the all-risk construction and is the cover most exhausted in urban work. The notarial record of the prior state of the adjoining properties is as valuable as the cover itself.
