Duration and renewal
Agreed term of the contract and its automatic renewal upon expiry, unless one of the parties objects with the stipulated notice.
In practice
The policyholder must object one month in advance and the insurer two. This is why a renewal is prepared with a three-month margin and not in the week of expiry.
