Major risks
Legal category of risks —by branch or by size of the policyholder— in which the parties can freely agree, outside the mandatory nature of the Insurance Contract Law.
In practice
A company enters it by exceeding two of these three limits: 6.2 million in balance, 12.8 million in turnover or 250 employees on average. It ceases to be protected by default and starts negotiating the terms, which is exactly where a broker with technical criteria changes the outcome.
