Business risk
Named risks
Policy structure in which only the expressly listed perils are covered: fire, explosion, water, theft, and any others added.
In practice
It is the opposite of all-risk, where everything is covered except what is excluded. The difference decides who proves what: in named risks, the insured must demonstrate that their claim is on the list.
Where it is addressed
This term is covered in Riesgos patrimoniales and applies when taking out Daños Materiales.
