Flexible remuneration
System by which the employee allocates part of their gross salary to products with favourable tax treatment, at no additional cost to the company.
In practice
Health insurance, transport, training, and childcare are the usual ones. The total remuneration in kind cannot exceed thirty percent of the worker's total remuneration.
