International programmes
DIC clause
Also: Difference in Conditions · Difference in Conditions
Clause of the master policy that covers the guarantees not included in the local policy, elevating the subsidiary to the group's standard.
In practice
It resolves the issue where a local policy issued with the country's minimum clauses excludes what the parent company considers covered. Without it, the programme is homogeneous in the organisational chart but unequal in reality.
Where it is addressed
This term is covered in Gestión del programa and applies when taking out Programas Internacionales.
