Programme compliance
Verification that each policy in the programme complies with the insurance, tax, and sanctions regulations of the country where it is issued.
In practice
Includes three questions per country: if cover from outside is accepted, who settles the tax, and if any international sanction prevents paying the claim. Reviewed annually, as all three can change.
