Neglect of basic diligence, without intent to cause damage. Unlike wilful misconduct, its cover can be agreed upon.
In practice
The distinction decides fire and cyber claims: neglecting mandatory maintenance or not applying a critical patch for months is discussed here. It is advisable to check if the policy excludes or expressly admits it.
